Returns Policy:-

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging (e.g. box) please include your 'Packing List' document. We will refund the product price, but we will not refund postage costs. We reserve the right to impose a £25 charge (or otherwise where deemed appropriate) if the goods/box are returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale. The box should not be defaced or damaged in any way.
Please ensure your name and address are clearly visible on the return form.
If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
Customs & TAX
Please note that orders from NON-EU countries have 17.5% tax deducted at source when you select the country of delivery on our site. Customers may incur some small Duty or Tax payment on delivery depending on your countries import laws.
If returning from outside the EU please do NOT use a courier service as there will be clearance fees; we will either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you.
You must write "RETURNING UNSUITABLE GOODS TO SENDER" on the customs form and parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that encure duty charge. Customers are responsible for returning the shoes and paying the cost.
All shoe and foot care products are non returnable.

Damaged goods
In the event of goods being damaged in transit, the customer MUST NOTIFY The Company within 48 hours of receipt of goods otherwise no liability can be accepted by The Company.
Damaged goods should be returned unused to arrive at Douglas Read Ltd, 34 South Street, Bridport, Dorset, DT6 3NQ within 10 days of receipt of goods by the customer.
Where goods are damaged in transit, The Company will replace immediately on receipt of damaged goods being returned. Postage and Packaging costs will be refunded if valid postage receipt sent along with damaged item.
Goods becoming faulty after usage should be returned to The Company immediately with original receipt or proof of purchase. The Company will either replace or where suitable repair as necessary if applicable.
Claims re faulty goods will be assessed by The Company and The Company will adjudge the claim taking into account the age, amount of usage, correct care and maintenance by the customer etc. All claims will be subject to 'Fair Wear and Tear' with regards to the purpose which the goods are offered. The Company's decision is final.
Action by The Company regarding claims against faulty goods should the claim be adjudged by The Company to be made justified in respect of defective workmanship and materials The Company will offer to replace or refund the payment made. The Company is liable for nothing more than the contract price of the goods which are the subject of the complaint.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
